HOW I COACH
I do not believe good coaching is simply telling a skater to try the same thing again until it eventually works.
The skater needs to understand where their weight is, what their body is doing, why the movement works and what needs to change when it does not.
My coaching draws on decades spent skating professionally, performing under pressure, learning across multiple skating disciplines and developing equipment from the geometry up.
The goal is simple: help each skater understand their own skating well enough to keep progressing long after the lesson ends.
WHAT I COACH
ICE
Edges, turns, jumps, spins, skating skills and movement quality.
INLINE
From first transitions off the ice through advanced inline technique, jumps, spins, turns and performance.
QUAD
Balance, control and transferable skating principles across a different wheel platform.
PAIRS
Timing, connection, lifts, pair elements, performance and trust between partners.
DEVELOPMENT
Technical problem-solving, movement analysis, performance thinking and long-term progression.

WHO I WORK WITH
THE APPROACH
Better skating starts with better understanding.
Equipment changes. Surfaces change. Partners change. The skater still needs to understand balance, pressure, timing, alignment and movement.
Those principles sit underneath almost everything I teach.
COACHING
Coaching availability depends on location, schedule and what you are trying to achieve.
