ONE Blades operates on a limited drop and pre-order model. This allows us to produce intentionally, maintain quality, and avoid overproduction.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $299 USD and above.
Orders below $299 USD are charged a shipping fee that is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free shipping applies to the shipping cost only. Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you are charged import duties or VAT on your ONE Blades order, you may contact support@oneblades.one with proof of payment.
Verified charges can be issued back as store credit for use on future purchases.
ONE Blades does not add customs fees, handling fees, or surprise charges after checkout.

Pre-orders and drops
ONE Blades products are sold through scheduled pre-order drops. Products are manufactured after the drop closes.

Shipping times shown during a drop are estimates, not guarantees. Factors such as manufacturing schedules, quality control, customs, and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.
International shipping
ONE Blades ships internationally.
Shipping times and customs processing vary by country.
Some countries may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees on international orders.
These charges are set by local authorities, not by ONE Blades.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is:
• Unused
• Unmounted
• In original condition and packaging
Returns are not accepted for:
• Used or mounted products
• Custom or personalised items
• Items returned in non-resellable condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Import duties, VAT, and taxes paid to local authorities are not refundable.
However, verified import charges are issued as store credit for use on future purchases.
To request a return, email support@oneblades.one with your order number and photos of the product in its original condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size and the product is unused and unmounted, you may return it within the return window and place a new order for the correct size.
ONE DROP Order Integrity
All ONE DROP orders are final once placed.
Orders cannot be cancelled during the live drop window.
This protects milestone rewards, order-based bonuses, and creator commission tracking.
If a payment fails or is flagged for fraud, the order will be voided automatically.
Refunds are only available under the standard return policy after delivery and only for unused, unmounted products.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@oneblades.one within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will review and make it right.
