Shipping
Every EDGE order ships free worldwide. There are no shipping fees at checkout when you order an EDGE.
Smaller items such as wheels, bearings, picks, and replacement parts may have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
All orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Most orders dispatch within 2 business days. International transit typically takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch, depending on your destination and any customs processing on arrival.
Shipping times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturing schedules, quality control, customs clearance, and carrier delays can all affect delivery. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Customs and import duties
ONE Blades does not add customs fees, handling fees, or surprise charges after checkout.
Some countries may charge import duties, VAT, or local taxes on international orders. These charges are set by local authorities, not by ONE Blades.
If you are charged import duty, VAT, or local tax on your EDGE order, send the receipt to support@oneblades.one. The full amount will be returned as ONE Blades store credit for use on any future order.

Local currency is what you pay on arrival. USD figures are approximate and move with exchange rates. Paying any duty online when notified avoids the courier handling fee. More countries added as we ship to them.
How UPS estimates delivery dates
If you are charged import duties or VAT, UPS will contact you directly to request payment before delivery. Once you pay, UPS automatically generates an estimated delivery date based on the time you paid, not on where your parcel physically is.
If your parcel is still in Hong Kong when you pay, the first date UPS shows can be unrealistically soon. Hong Kong to your destination is typically a 1 to 3 day air leg, followed by inbound customs and local delivery. UPS does not run standard residential delivery on weekends in most countries.
Once your parcel is scanned out of the origin facility in Hong Kong, UPS recalculates using real movement data and the delivery date corrects itself to a realistic window. The corrected date is the accurate one.
If the date on your tracking changes after you pay import fees, nothing is wrong with your parcel. The system is simply updating to match reality.

If your country is not listed, it does not mean never. It means we are expanding shipping based on verified interest. To register interest in a new country, message us at support@oneblades.one.
Returns
14-Day Performance Return
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the EDGE is:
- Unused
- Unmounted
- In original condition and packaging
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or mounted frames
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned in non-resellable condition
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes paid to authorities are not refundable directly, but verified charges are returned as ONE Blades store credit.
To request a return, email support@oneblades.one with your order number and photos of the EDGE in its original condition.
Exchanges
ONE Blades does not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size and the frame is unused and unmounted, return it within the 14-day window and place a new order for the correct size.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@oneblades.one within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review and make it right.
Lifetime Engineering Warranty
Every EDGE is covered by a Lifetime Engineering Warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural integrity of the frame body. It does not cover wear-and-tear of consumable parts (wheels, bearings, picks) or damage from misuse, modification, or accidents.
