We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. ONE Blades may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation and have received and processed full payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted and processing has begun. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or phone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale, commercial distribution or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties or import charges.
Prices listed in our online store may differ from prices offered elsewhere, including physical stores or third party online retailers. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, border checks or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by your country.

The Services, including all text, graphics, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks and the design, selection and arrangement of such content, are owned by ONE Blades, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

ONE Blades names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of ONE Blades or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use these marks without our prior written permission. Shopify names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to tools or services provided by third parties. We do not monitor, control or have input into these tools.
You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third party tools.

ONE Blades uses Shopify to host and power our online store. However, all sales and purchases in the store are made directly between you and ONE Blades.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ONE Blades, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products or services you purchase. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ONE Blades.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL ONE BLADES, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

This will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and ONE Blades regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to you.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and ONE Blades agree that the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
