OVERVIEW
Welcome to ONE Blades. In these terms, we, us and our refer to ONE Blades LTD.
We operate the website and online store at https://oneblades.one, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the Services). The store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them (the Terms), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read them carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights and obligations, including warranty terms, disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 - WHO WE ARE
ONE Blades LTD is registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, company registration number 01010867.
We design and sell inline figure skating equipment directly to skaters. Full contact details are in Section 36.
SECTION 2 - ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the order placed on your behalf by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
Skating is a sport with a young participant base. If you are under the age of majority, ask a parent or guardian to place the order. They are responsible for the order and for these Terms.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing details, payment details and shipping address. You confirm that the information you provide is true, current and complete, and that you hold the rights necessary to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.
SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and finishes may appear different on your screen depending on your device, display and settings.
Anodized finishes vary slightly between production runs. Small variation in tone is a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
We do not warrant that the appearance, quality or performance of any product will exactly match images, renders or expectations, beyond the warranties expressly given in Section 14 and the rights given to you by law.
Product descriptions and specifications may change at any time. We may discontinue any product and may limit quantities of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction.
Some products are produced in limited, numbered or capped releases. Where a release is capped, the cap is stated publicly and we will not exceed it.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in that order. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and payment has been received and processed.
Please review your order before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and processing has begun, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Where an order is cancelled by you before shipment, we will refund it in full.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address, billing address or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases may be returned in accordance with Section 11 and the published Shipping, Returns and Warranty policy at https://oneblades.one/pages/shipping-returns
You confirm that your purchase is for personal use, for use by a skater in your care, or as a gift, and not for resale or commercial distribution.
SECTION 5 - PRE-ORDERS
Some sizes and products are sold on pre-order.
Where a product is sold on pre-order, this is stated on the product page and at checkout, along with the expected ship date or the condition on which it will ship. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Expected ship dates are estimates and may change. Where a date moves materially we will contact you by email.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method. This is in addition to any statutory cancellation right you hold under Section 15.
SECTION 6 - PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND BILLING
The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices are the same in every market. We do not operate regional pricing.
Any discount we run is public and available to every customer on the same terms. From time to time we may run a promotion with additional terms, which will be stated with that promotion. Where promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion only.
We sell directly to skaters at https://oneblades.one only. We do not sell through distributors, retailers or third party marketplaces. Any listing of ONE Blades products elsewhere is not authorized by us, and we are not responsible for the price, condition or authenticity of anything sold through it.
Worldwide priority shipping is included free on every EDGE order. Smaller items such as wheels, bearings, picks and replacement parts may carry a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Prices do not include customs duties, import charges or local taxes payable on arrival. See Section 9.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, payment and account information, and to keep it updated so that we can complete your transactions and contact you.
You confirm that:
(i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete
(ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided
(iii) charges you incur will be honored by your payment provider
(iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner in China. Current shipping availability, dispatch times and delivery estimates are published at https://oneblades.one/pages/shipping-returns
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturing schedules, quality control, customs clearance and carrier delays can all affect delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, border checks or events outside our control.
Every order includes tracking. Tracking information is sent to you by email once your order ships.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Where an order ships in more than one shipment, title and risk pass separately for each shipment at the point that shipment is transferred to the carrier.
SECTION 8 - ORDERS THAT SHIP IN MORE THAN ONE PART
Some products ship in more than one shipment. Where this applies, it is stated clearly on the product page before you buy.
Where a second shipment depends on a production condition rather than a fixed date, that condition is stated on the product page. We do not give a delivery date for a shipment we cannot commit to.
Each shipment is treated separately for the purposes of delivery, title and risk, customs charges under Section 9, and the return window under Section 11.
SECTION 9 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
We do not add customs fees, handling fees or surprise charges after checkout.
Some countries charge import duty, VAT or local tax on international orders. These charges are set by your local authority or courier, not by us, and are payable by you on arrival.
If you are charged import duty, VAT or local tax on an EDGE order, pay the eligible charge, then email your paid receipt and order number to support@oneblades.one. ONE Blades verifies the charge and issues the full verified amount as ONE Credit (store credit) under this policy. This applies to every customer in every country we ship to.
Where an order ships in more than one part, each shipment may attract a separate charge. Each verified charge is issued in full as ONE Credit under the same policy.

SECTION 10 - ONE CREDIT (STORE CREDIT)
ONE Credit is store credit issued by ONE Blades. ONE Credit, including credit issued under Section 9, may be used against any order at https://oneblades.one and for coaching, including Coach Feedback and live lessons, on https://beyondtherink.one. Beyond the Rink provides current service details and availability.
Store credit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not expire.
Where an order paid for in whole or in part with store credit is refunded, the credit portion is returned to you as store credit and the balance is refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 11 - RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Frames must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns on used or mounted frames, custom or personalized items, or items returned in non-resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Import duties, VAT and local taxes paid to authorities are not refunded directly. Verified charges are issued as ONE Credit under Section 9. This is not a cash refund or a refund to the original payment method.
To request a return, email support@oneblades.one with your order number and photographs showing the product in its original condition.
This return right is separate from and in addition to any statutory right you hold under Section 15.
SECTION 12 - EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size and the frame is unused and unmounted, return it within the 14 day window under Section 11 and place a new order for the correct size.
SECTION 13 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@oneblades.one within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a clear photograph of the shipping label.
We will review the information and put it right.
SECTION 14 - WARRANTY
Every EDGE frame is covered by a Lifetime Engineering Warranty against manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the frame body.
The warranty does not cover normal wear of consumable parts such as wheels, bearings and picks, or damage caused by misuse, modification or accident.
The Lifetime Engineering Warranty is an express warranty given by ONE Blades. Nothing in Section 27 limits or removes it.

SECTION 15 - YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory consumer right you hold under the law of your country of residence.
Where your local law gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply in addition to these Terms and take precedence over any conflicting clause in them, including Section 33.
Consumers in the European Union hold a legal right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This right is separate from and in addition to the return right in Section 11, and it applies even if you have tried the frames. SECTION 16 - CREATOR PLATFORM
Participation in the ONE Blades Creator Platform is voluntary, requires ownership of an EDGE system, and is governed by the separate creator terms published at https://oneblades.one/pages/creator-platform and accepted at registration.
Creator participation is not part of these Terms and does not affect your rights as a customer. Nothing in the creator terms reduces any right you hold under these Terms or under Section 15.
SECTION 17 - SKATER FUND AND PAY IT FORWARD
Where a product is sold as a contribution to the Skater Fund, the full amount is applied to the fund. Contributions are not purchases of goods, are not refundable once processed, and are allocated in accordance with the criteria published at https://oneblades.one/pages/skater-fund
Where you buy a system to be delivered to another skater under Pay It Forward, you are the customer for the purposes of these Terms and the recipient is the delivery address. The recipient holds the warranty in Section 14 for the product they receive.
SECTION 18 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including all text, graphics, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks and the design, selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by ONE Blades, its affiliates or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing in the Services grants you any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of ONE Blades, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
ONE Blades names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of ONE Blades or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
This section does not restrict you from posting your own photographs or video of a product you own.
SECTION 19 - FEEDBACK AND CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals or other content to us (Feedback), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
You confirm that:
(i) you own or control all rights in the Feedback
(ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive connected with it
(iii) it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We may monitor, edit or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
Your Feedback must not infringe the rights of any third party and must not contain any virus or malicious code. You may not use a false email address or impersonate any person or entity. You are responsible for the Feedback you provide and for its accuracy.
SECTION 20 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to tools or services provided by third parties. We do not monitor, control or have input into these tools.
They are provided as is and as available, without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third party tools. Use of them is at your own risk and discretion, and you should satisfy yourself that you understand and accept the relevant provider's terms.
We may introduce new features, tools or resources in future. These will form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 21 - THIRD PARTY LINKS
The Services may link to third party websites, services or content. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third party materials or websites.
If you access third party sites you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damage related to your use of third party websites, products, services or content.
Review the policies of any third party site before entering into any transaction with them. Complaints or questions about third party products or services should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 22 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
We use Shopify to host and power the online store. All sales and purchases in the store are made directly between you and ONE Blades.
By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and ONE Blades, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products or services you purchase. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with ONE Blades.
SECTION 23 - PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy at https://oneblades.one/policies/privacy-policy
Because the store is hosted by Shopify, some personal information is also processed in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
By using the Services you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries other than your own.
SECTION 24 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We may correct any error and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. Where a pricing error is material and obvious, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.
SECTION 25 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
a. for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose
b. to violate any applicable law or regulation
c. to infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
d. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate or discriminate
e. to submit false or misleading information
f. to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam or similar material
g. to impersonate any person or entity
h. to upload or transmit viruses, malware or malicious code
i. to interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services or any related website
j. to manipulate referral tracking, discount codes or any promotional mechanic.
We may suspend, disable or terminate your access to the Services if we determine that you have breached these Terms.
SECTION 26 - TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Termination of access does not affect any order already accepted, any warranty already given, or any store credit already issued.
The sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Warranty, Store Credit, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Your Consumer Rights and Privacy, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, continue in force after termination.
SECTION 27 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or useful, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Except for the warranty expressly given in Section 14, and except for any right you hold under Section 15, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided as is and as available, without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
SECTION 28 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE Blades, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors, and those of Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or replacement costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any product purchased through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain types of damage, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
SECTION 29 - ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Skating is a physical activity carrying inherent risk of injury.
You are responsible for using appropriate protective equipment, for skating within your ability, for skating on suitable surfaces, and for ensuring that any product is correctly mounted, set up and maintained before use.
We publish setup, maintenance and safety guidance. Following it is your responsibility. Nothing in this section limits our liability under Section 28 where that liability cannot be limited by law.
SECTION 30 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ONE Blades, Shopify and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.
SECTION 31 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the unenforceable part will be severed. This does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 32 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies published on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and ONE Blades regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreement or communication.
Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 33 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms.
SECTION 34 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
This is subject to Section 15. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on your local consumer law, that right is not affected by this section.
Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@oneblades.one so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. We respond personally.
SECTION 35 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting an updated version here, and we will notify you of material changes where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
