ONE Blades frames are built to last. This warranty exists to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

Lifetime Frame Warranty

EDGE frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser when purchased directly from oneblades.one.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, manufacturing defects in workmanship, and structural faults that occur under normal intended skating use.

Lifetime means as long as you own the frame and use it for normal skating.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage caused by crashes, impacts, or falls, damage caused by incorrect mounting or installation, damage caused by modification, alteration, or misuse, damage caused by use outside intended skating activities, wheels, bearings, picks, hardware, or other consumable components, and second-hand or resold products.

Consumable components are not covered under warranty.

Original Purchaser Verification

The Lifetime Engineering Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and does not transfer with resale.

Verification is handled through your order record. Warranty claims require your order number and the email address used at purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email support@oneblades.one with your order number, the email address used at purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a description of what happened.

Our team will review the claim and respond with next steps. If approved, ONE Blades may repair or replace the frame at our discretion.

Limitation

ONE Blades is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from product use. Skating carries inherent risk. All products are used at the customer's own risk.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your country.
