BEFORE YOU SEND
01 Is everything current?
02 Can someone understand you in 60 seconds?
03 Do your CV and showreel describe the same skater?
04 Do every link and shared folder open while logged out?
05 Would you feel confident casting this person?
FINAL QUALITY CHECK
A strong casting pack is clear, current, honest, and easy for a producer to open.
Your photos, CV, skills, and footage should represent the skater you are now.
Your CV should not claim skills that your showreel cannot support.
Do not make a casting team search for the reason they should keep watching.
Test shared folders and video links while logged out before you send them.
Use clear file names and keep everything in one place.
A casting CV does not need your passport number, bank information, full residential address, or other sensitive onboarding information.
CASTING FOLDER
Create one shared folder using your professional name. A producer should not have to search through multiple messages, attachments, and links.
EXAMPLE
Adam Jukes Casting Pack
Inside that folder, keep the file names equally clear.
KEEP PRIVATE
A production may legitimately request additional personal information later if you are hired.
That does not mean it belongs in your general casting pack.
DO NOT INCLUDE Full residential address
DO NOT INCLUDE Passport number
DO NOT INCLUDE Passport scan
DO NOT INCLUDE Bank information
DO NOT INCLUDE Tax information
DO NOT INCLUDE Medical information
DO NOT INCLUDE Emergency contact details
