Welcome to ONE Blades.

By accessing this website, purchasing products, or participating in any ONE Blades program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

1. General

ONE Blades LTD operates this website and sells products directly to customers worldwide.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Use

ONE Blades products are designed for skating activities and must be used responsibly.

Skating carries inherent risk. By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for how they are used and acknowledge that injury can occur.

ONE Blades is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or improper installation of products.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory limitations.

Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be modified.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

ONE Blades is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused and unmounted frames may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is the ONE Blades 14-Day Performance Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

The frames must be unused and unmounted. Return shipping costs and any import charges are the customer's responsibility. Used or mounted frames are not eligible for return.

Due to the technical nature of skating equipment, all other products including wheels, stoppers, jam plugs, and accessories are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Any approved exceptions outside these terms will be handled at ONE Blades' discretion.

6. Serial Numbers and Ownership

Each ONE Blades frame is linked to a unique serial number.

Serial numbers are used to verify ownership, warranty eligibility, and Creator Program eligibility.

Serial numbers remain tied to the original purchaser and do not transfer with resale.

7. Creator Program

Participation in the ONE Blades Creator Program is optional and subject to separate terms.

Commission rates, eligibility, and benefits may change over time.

ONE Blades reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of program rules.

Creator commissions are earned on referred sales only and are not guaranteed income.

8. Warranty

ONE Blades EDGE frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser when purchased directly from oneblades.one.

Consumable parts, normal wear, incorrect mounting, misuse, and second-hand purchases are not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of ONE Blades LTD.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE Blades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Use of all products is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your country.
