At ONE Blades, we build equipment designed to help skaters progress with confidence. Our returns policy is built around skater-first principles.

14-Day Performance Guarantee

You may return unused and unmounted frames within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is the ONE Blades 14-Day Performance Guarantee.

To be eligible for a return the frames must be unused and unmounted. Frames that have been mounted onto boots are not eligible for return regardless of condition.

To start a return contact support@oneblades.one with your order number and a brief description. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping costs and any import charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product was incorrect or faulty on arrival.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Wheels, stoppers, jam plugs, and all accessories. Used or mounted frames. Items showing signs of wear or use.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@oneblades.one within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Import duties and VAT

If you are charged import duties or VAT by your local customs authority, contact support@oneblades.one with proof of payment. Once verified, the same amount will be issued as store credit. This is part of our commitment to being skater first.
