Shipping policy

At ONE Blades, we ship globally. Our goal is simple. Deliver reliable inline skating equipment directly to skaters without unnecessary delays or hidden costs.

Global Release

The ONE Blades EDGE system global release is May 2026. Orders placed before that date will be fulfilled from May 2026 onwards. Estimated shipping windows are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

Free Priority Shipping

Worldwide priority shipping is included as standard on all EDGE system orders. No minimum spend required for the frame system. Free shipping applies to orders of $299 USD and above across all products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the point of fulfilment. Orders placed during active drop periods or around the May 2026 release may take slightly longer to process.

Shipping Location

ONE Blades ships from our central manufacturing and fulfilment hub.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7 to 15 business days. Europe and UK: 7 to 15 business days. Middle East: 5 to 12 business days. Asia-Pacific: 7 to 15 business days. Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. ONE Blades is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. If you need help with tracking, contact support@oneblades.one.

Duties and Taxes

Some countries charge import duties or VAT on international orders. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not added by ONE Blades.

If you are charged import duties or VAT, contact support@oneblades.one with proof of payment. Once verified, the same amount will be issued back to you as store credit. This is part of our commitment to being skater first.
