Who you are
ONE ACADEMY · OFF-SKATES
Technique training for figure skaters away from the skating floor. Work through body positioning, edges, turns, transitions and jump mechanics without needing skating space.
Three classes. One Technique series. For all skaters.
Learn where your body, arms, legs and weight should be before adding skating movement.
Practice the positions away from the skating floor until the movement begins to feel familiar.
Take the same body positions and movement patterns back onto your skates.
TECHNIQUE
Start with Body Positioning Class One, continue into Class Two, then use the Off-Skates Jump Class to work through jump mechanics away from the skating floor.

HOW TO USE IT
Work through the takeoff and rotation patterns without skates first. The goal is to understand what the feet, legs and body are doing before adding wheels or ice.
TECHNIQUE SERIES
These classes are designed to support the skating you are already doing. Use them to understand positions and movement patterns away from the floor, then apply the same ideas when you return to your skates.
