Founder Edition is the cohort of 49 skaters who backed ONE Blades during the founding drop. Pair 01.01 belongs to the founder. Pairs 01.02 through 01.50 belong to the 49.
Every future Founder Edition release opens to the 49 before the public. You receive a personal email with the colourways, the configurations, and a private claim link. You see it first.
First come, first served. Fastest claim gets the lowest available pair number. Same as the first drop. Whatever the 49 don't claim opens to the public.

YOUR PAIR NUMBER
Each Founder Edition pair is laser-etched FOUNDER EDITION EDGE 01.XX.
XX is your unique pair number, assigned sequentially by purchase order. Pair 01.07 exists exactly once. Pair 01.23 exists exactly once. The combination of batch and pair is unique forever. Once a number is assigned, it can never be reissued.
Pair 01.01 belongs to Adam, never sold. The same applies in every future Founder Edition release across every product line ONE Blades will ever make.

WHY FOUR WHEELS
An ice blade has three balance zones. Toe pick area. Centre. Heel.
Three wheels create two balance zones. The centre wheel is a pivot, not a stable skating zone.
Four wheels create three balance zones. Front, centre, rear. The two centre wheels function as the centre of the blade. The skater can skate across them the way they skate across the centre of an ice blade.
Three wheels give two. Four wheels give three. Ice requires three. This is geometry, not opinion.
EDGE is the only inline figure skating frame in the world with an adjustable rocker axle on every wheel. Every wheel height can be adjusted independently. The skater controls the full rocker profile across the entire frame.
PICKS & JAM PLUGS
The EDGE pick is positioned at the correct angle and size for figure skating technique. The pick entry point matches what your body expects from ice, which means spins centre correctly and edge jump takeoffs feel familiar rather than compensated.
Every EDGE ships with 2 sets of picks matched to your frame size. 210mm and 230mm frames ship with mini picks. 250mm, 270mm, and 290mm frames ship with regular picks. The smaller frame geometry requires the shorter pick to maintain correct heel-to-pick relationship.
Replacements available from Drop Two.
Jam plugs are also included. These replace the pick entirely for skaters who want to explore inline figure skating without a pick, particularly useful for dance elements and certain skating styles.

SIZING GUIDE
EDGE frames are sized by boot sole length in millimetres, not shoe size. Measure the sole of your skating boot from heel to toe before ordering.
Each frame size covers a range of four boot sizes. A 230mm frame fits boots from 230mm to 250mm, for example. This means growing skaters can use the same frame across multiple seasons without needing an immediate replacement.
If you are between sizes, choose the frame closest to your boot length but not longer. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose correctly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Founder Edition is a pre-order. Delivery approximately nine weeks after the founding drop closes, with the next production batch. You will be notified by email when your pair ships and given a tracking number.
Free worldwide priority shipping on every Founder Edition pair. No surprise charges at checkout.
Once Founder Edition pairs ship, international transit typically takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch, depending on your destination and any customs processing on arrival.
Customs and import duties. Depending on your country, local customs may charge import duties or VAT. These are set by your local customs authority, not by ONE Blades. If you are charged, send the receipt to support@oneblades.one and the full amount is returned as ONE Blades store credit for use on any future order.
If UPS contacts you for import fees. UPS will request payment before delivery. Once you pay, UPS auto-generates an estimated delivery date based on when you paid, not where your parcel actually is. If your parcel is still in Hong Kong at that moment, the first date UPS shows can look unrealistically soon. Once the parcel scans out of the origin facility, UPS recalculates and the date corrects itself. Nothing is wrong with your parcel.
