ONE Blades frames are built to last.

This warranty exists to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

Lifetime Frame Warranty

ONE Blades frames are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials

• Manufacturing defects in workmanship

• Structural faults that occur under normal intended skating use

Lifetime refers to the usable life of the frame under normal skating conditions.

All warranty claims require serial number verification.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by crashes, impacts, or falls

• Damage caused by incorrect mounting or installation

• Damage caused by modification, alteration, or misuse

• Damage caused by use outside intended skating activities

• Wheels, bearings, axles, hardware, or other consumable components

• Second-hand or resold products

Consumable components are not covered under warranty.

Serial Number Verification

Each ONE Blades frame is linked to a unique serial number.

The serial number is used to verify:

• Original ownership

• Warranty eligibility

• Growth Program eligibility

• Product history

The lifetime warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and does not transfer with resale.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact ONE Support at support@oneblades.one

2. Provide your order number and serial number

3. Include clear photos and a description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and respond with next steps.

If approved, ONE Blades may repair or replace the frame at our discretion.

Limitation

ONE Blades is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from product use.

Skating carries inherent risk. All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
